The Zeytinburnu Sales Office, a 950 square meter architectural marvel, is located near the coast. The design concept is inspired by the waves washing up on shores. The roof, designed as a shell, includes holes that represent the stars reflecting on the sea at night. These holes also allow natural light to permeate the indoor space, creating a bright and refreshing environment.
Arkiteam Architecture has created an overall integrity by merging all functions under a single shell. This integrative effect in a large volume space enhances the grandeur of the place. Similar forms are applied in different shapes and functions inside the shell of the building and indoor design, maintaining a consistent theme throughout the space.
The building shell is constructed using special sheet metals and a silicon wall formed of transparent glasses. Inside the building, mink colored amorphous lacquer panels, a model area, and a shelf system are supported by metal materials. The floor is planned with marble and carpet, while the amorphous forms of the building are also used on the ceiling. The harmony and elegance of mink, black, white, and gold colors are reflected throughout the place.
The design process involved significant research and creative challenges. The design team aimed to construct a distinctive, admirable, and attractive structure with the shell in the wave form. All details were designed to ensure visitors maintain the same excitement after they enter the space and have a different and integrative experience at each point of the place.
The Zeytinburnu Sales Office is a testament to Arkiteam Architecture's innovative approach to design. It is a perfect blend of form and function, reflecting the team's ability to draw inspiration from nature and translate it into a unique architectural design. The Golden A' Design Award is a well-deserved recognition of their creativity and expertise.
